Below are the answers to some of the most common question we receive regarding our courses.

For those that can not attend our Face to Face assessments – we can offer Digital Assessments. We deliver to you (extra cost) the Assessment kit and then our Assesors will book a Zoom meeting for you to be assessed by a zoom meeting. Only suitable for those that are conducting refresher courses.

We try our absolute best to deliver what we have promised. However, in the unlikely event we will provide you with other dates the course is running, if this doesn’t suit we will provide you with a full refund.

No. However you must be able to conduct at least 2 minutes of nonstop CPR, which means you will be leaning against a manikin on the floor.

Yes. There is a short test to complete which is included in the enrolment form.

Yes. All Students doing nationally recognised training need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

The USI is a reference number made up of ten numbers and letters that:
• creates a secure online record of your recognised training and qualifications gained in Australia, from all training providers you undertake recognised training with
• will give you access to your training records and transcripts
• can be accessed online, anytime and anywhere

• stays with you for life

Once you have successfully completed all training and assessments you are deemed competent in the units enrolled. Your certificate will then be emailed to you within 75hrs. If you require your certificate sooner, we can arrange a temporary certificate valid for 7 days while the formal certificate is being prepared for you.

Yes. Our training programs are nationally accredited with ASQA.

Yes you do. You need to demonstrate a 2 minute continuous period of performing CPR on an adult manikin which must be placed on the floor. CPR on infant manikins needs to be for 2 minutes on a firm surface.

According to government regulations, we will be unable to issue you with a Statement of Attainment. We can issue you with a Statement of Attendance but this is different. Please call our head office in order to discuss this further.
