What will happen in the unlikely event that you are unable to fully provide the training and assessment I have enrolled in, for example the scheduled class needs to be cancelled?
We try our absolute best to deliver what we have promised. However, in the unlikely event we will provide you with other dates the course is running, if this doesn’t suit we will provide you with a full refund.
Do I need to pass a medical assessment before I enrol?
No. However you must be able to conduct at least 2 minutes of nonstop CPR, which means you will be leaning against a manikin on the floor.
Are there any literacy or numeracy requirements?
Yes. There is a short test to complete which is included in the enrolment form.
Do I need a USI Number?
Yes.  All Students doing nationally recognised training need to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).

• stays with you for life
