This Course is a 2 hour information and demonstration session covering the first aid techniques that all your local community can manage an onsite incident, it does not replace the need to have First Aid Officers but empowers members to know what to do in an emergency. Useful for home and public awareness environments.

Course Covers

The information provided in this session will assist with providing each participant with self confidence and reassurance to be able to assist with first aid within their family and their workplace.

Its engaging and entertaining format provides an effective team building experience.

This is NOT an accredited first aid course, but is an informative workshop providing a useful guide to assist with first aid at work. It is a practical and guaranteed engaging and entertaining workshop where participants will learn the skills and gain understanding on how to manage emergencies including:-

Empowering employees with the Principles of DRABCDS
CPR – Practice resuscitation
Poisoning/bites and stings
Head Injuries/fractures
Near drowning
Choking management
Allergic reaction management
Asthma management
Blood loss

Course Inclusions

Each participant will be provided with informative material of the topics discussed at the

Award Issued

Each participant will be issued with a Certificate of Participation at completion of the workshop.
